We're constantly updating and enhancing ChurchSuite, often building directly upon customer feedback to guide our development. The following lists some changes that were made to ChurchSuite between 10th August - 15th September 2017.
ChurchSuite
14-Sep-2017 - Improved sign-up filtering
When viewing an event within ChurchSuite, you'll find some new filters at the top of the list of sign-ups. You can now filter in-page and see just people with a specific ticket, payment status or even those who have given a specific answer to one of your questions.

We've tidied things up a bit when viewing a contact or child who has a large number of key dates. You'll now see a new "Load more" link appear at the bottom of the table, with the most recent 15 key dates shown by default.

When you move someone between the Address Book and Children modules, any custom fields that are present in both modules will be retained. As long as the custom fields match in name, type and options, the data will now be carried between the modules.

You can now restrict the maximum reach of a single communication made by a user within ChurchSuite either by fixed amount or by percentage of total contacts within the Address Book. Setting a fixed value of 5 will limit all communication via SMS and email by that user to a maximum of 5 individuals.

We've added future small groups as an option on the small groups communication page. You can now communicate directly with future groups as you would an active group - when communicating 'by group', simply scroll down the group list of groups to view and select from your 'future' groups.

We've added a change log to event sign-ups. You can now see all edits to an event sign up, who changed what and when the change happened. Just click 'View sign-up' after making a change to see a run down of the edit.

You can now use Smart Tag conditions for "Child is in School Year X" in Children Smart Tags. You can also use school conditions in Address Book Smart Tags to select contacts with linked children "In school" and "In school year".
http://support.churchsuite.com/article/37-smart-tags23-Aug-2017 - Group status filter added to "Not in a Group" reports
The "Not in a Group" reports within the Small Groups module now have a handy "group status" filter option so that you can produce a report that matches contacts against your active groups only, your future groups only, or both your active and future groups. Now you can see at a glance who is not yet in a small group this term, next term, or neither term!
http://support.churchsuite.com/article/94-identifying-contacts-not-in-a-small-group23-Aug-2017 - New Smart Tag condition for "in future small group"
Within the Address Book and Children modules we've added a new "small groups" Smart Tag condition for "In future group" that matches contacts/children that are in (or not in) a small group that has a future start date. This will be helpful for churches running termly group sign-up (e.g. the Activate model) to be able to easily see who has or hasn't yet signed up for the next term's groups even though the groups are not yet active.
http://support.churchsuite.com/article/37-smart-tags17-Aug-2017 - Custom fields
Custom fields now display in a more readable fashion on; contact, child, small group pages as well as on our Full Details reports. This is particularly helpful if your custom fields contain a large amount of text.
http://support.churchsuite.com/article/39-creating-custom-fields10-Aug-2017 - Better email draft handling
A draft of an email you're composing is now saved locally to your computer rather than as part of your browser session. You can now safely log out of ChurchSuite and then log back in again and your email draft will be remembered just as long as you continue to use the same computer/device.
